Richard Barnett and James Brooks are the Instructors for Farnborough club in the Hampshire area. Both have been training with Phoenix Martial Arts since 1991.

Richard and James have been training under and assisting Senior Instructor Darren O'Donnell at his classes in Basingstoke and Hartley Wintney for over ten years.

Over the years James has competed successfully in many local and inter-club competitions. Richard has experience in several other martial arts styles imcluding Judo and Ju-Jitsu.

Both Richard and James  say that Phoenix's high standards , energetic classes and great atmosphere was the key to encouraging them to start training in martial arts.
