Mark Wallis
Mark Wallis Sutton Instructor, 1st Degree Black Sash Kung Fu and one of Phoenix Martial Arts most experienced and enthusiastic members.
Mark's fighting pedigree speaks for itself with over ten years boxing experience and 22 full contact fights. In 1981 he was the ABA South West London Champion.
He started training with Stephen Brooks in 1982, and has competed in over 200 competition fights. Marks experience in Kickboxing is 2nd to very few in the association with over 25 years experience in Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Self Defence.
Those that have trained with Mark over the years and now at his Sutton club will confirm that you never get 2nd best with Mark whether as a student, competitor or as an Instructor he always gives 100%.
Mark learned his teaching skills from Master Instructor Stephen Brooks over many years, and says "Having worked with many teachers Stephens ability to transfer that knowledge is second to none and the fact that all the clubs continue to produce top class fighters bears testament to that".
