Little Dragons 5pm-5.45pm

Children 6pm-7pm

Adults 7.15pm-8.15pm 

Saturdays

Children 10am-11am 

Competition techniques 11.15-12pm

Children 12.15pm-1.15pm

Adults 1.30pm-2.30pm

Little Dragons 2.45pm-3.30pm
